Usage Tips
-
Use the correct nozzle based on your machine’s PSI and GPM. Undersized or oversized nozzles will affect performance.
-
Keep your sand/media dry. Moisture causes clogs and flow issues.
-
Keep the draw hose dry inside. Avoid dips or moisture intrusion.
-
Point the sand barb upward. Gravity helps feed media into the chamber and reduces backflow.
-
Minimize start-stop cycles. Stopping the flow can cause valleys of settled sand in the draw hose, leading to flow surges or clogging when you restart.
