Part of the high-output Soft Flow Series, this professional-grade skid is centered around the gear-driven Comet P40 diaphragm pump, which delivers a massive 11 GPM flow rate @ 300 PSI . By utilizing a gas-powered Honda GX200 platform, this system provides the pressure and volume necessary to treat high roof peaks and multi-story siding from the ground, significantly increasing production speed compared to electric alternatives.

The system is managed by the high-flow 1" Stealth Proportioner, specifically engineered to prevent pump starvation. This 1-inch manifold allows the Comet P40 to pull unrestricted fluid volume through dual 1" metering valves for water and bleach (SH), along with a 1/2" valve for surfactants. This architecture enables the operator to switch chemical percentages on the fly, moving from aggressive roof treatments to lean house washes without manual batch mixing or wasted chemical.

To maintain this high-volume flow, the pack includes an 18" full-frame aluminum hose reel equipped with a 3/4" stainless steel manifold and 1/2" swivel. This reel houses 200 feet of included 5/8" ID Stealth Soft Wash hose. The 5/8" diameter is critical for gas-powered soft washing, as it offers significantly lower friction loss than standard 1/2" hoses, ensuring the full 11 GPM reaches the added WaterBoss 750 applicator gun. The entire system utilizes stainless steel and poly components to provide a zero-brass, corrosion-resistant flow path for aggressive soft wash chemicals.

Stealth P40 Soft Wash System | Required Field Plumbing & Resources

The Stealth P40 is a "Pro-Builder" series system, providing the core industrial-grade components while allowing the contractor to customize the final plumbing layout for their specific truck or trailer build. To ensure peak performance and equipment longevity, the following plumbing configurations are required and are not included in the standard business pack.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

Bypass Line Configuration

• Function: Diaphragm pumps are positive displacement units; when the applicator trigger is closed, the fluid must be redirected to prevent pump damage.

• Requirement: Plumb a dedicated bypass line from the P40 regulator back to the water supply tank.

• Benefit: Continuous bypass flow keeps the diaphragms and seals cool during trigger-off periods, preventing premature failure.

High-Pressure Discharge Jumper

• Function: Bridges the high-pressure path between the pump outlet and the hose reel.

• Requirement: A 3/4" chemical-resistant discharge hose is recommended to connect the P40 pump to the 3/4" stainless steel hose reel swivel.

• Specification: Ensure this jumper line is rated for a minimum of 300 PSI and utilizes stainless steel fittings to maintain the zero-brass integrity of the system.

Suction and Intake Lines

• Inlet Side: The 1" Stealth Proportioner requires 1" reinforced, suction-rated hose to connect the water and SH metering valves to your bulk storage tanks.

• Soap Intake: Use 1/2" reinforced suction hose for the surfactant valve.

• Seal Integrity: Use high-quality stainless steel T-bolt or worm gear clamps on all suction-side barbs to prevent air leaks, which cause pump cavitation and inconsistent chemical mixing.
