The Cat Pumps 7630 Pressure Sensitive Regulating Unloader is engineered for single-gun pressure washing systems requiring smooth, reliable control of system pressure. It automatically diverts flow to bypass when the trigger is released or downstream flow is restricted, then instantly restores full operating pressure when spraying resumes. Designed for up to 5076 PSI and 10.5 GPM, this brass unloader offers a wide operating range, stable performance, and long-term durability. A 5–10% bypass is required for optimal operation, and it is not recommended for weep systems.
