Choose from the following tip sizes for the 7700 Gun, specifically designed for high solid air caps suitable for spraying thicker pigmented paints. Upon checkout, leave an optional message for your preferred tip size:

• 0.8mm / B-HS tip/air cap: Ideal for base coat and clear coat automotive applications.
• 1.0mm: Suitable for spraying base and metallics on cars, as well as most solvent and waterborne finishes on wood.
• 1.3mm: Designed for pigmented solvent finishes and some polyurethane applications.
• 1.5mm: Recommended for pigmented waterborne finishes, waterborne polyurethane, and latex paint on cabinets and furniture.
• 1.8mm: Perfect for primers and certain latex paint applications.
