The Stealth High-Draw Adjustable Downstream Chemical Injector is a professional-grade downstream injector built for contractors running 3–5 GPM pressure washing systems. Designed for aggressive chemical application and long-term reliability, this fully assembled stainless steel injector delivers high draw performance while allowing you to fine-tune your chemical ratio directly from the adjustment knob.

Built around the proven General Pump 100811 adjustable injector & 1.8mm orifice, this setup is designed for demanding downstream applications involving sodium hypochlorite, surfactants, soaps, acids, and other cleaning chemicals commonly used in professional pressure washing and cleaning.

This injector is fully assembled by Spraywell with hose, filter, and quick connects already installed—making it field-ready right out of the box.

The adjustable metering valve allows contractors to “dial in” their downstream mix without constantly swapping injectors or changing setups, making it ideal for everything from lighter house washes to stronger pre-treatment applications.

Built for professionals who demand reliable draw performance and easy serviceability, the Stealth High-Draw Injector is designed to keep your downstream setup running efficiently day after day.

Built for Professional Use

  • Pressure washer downstream systems
  • House washing applications
  • Low-pressure soap application
  • Vinyl siding cleaning
  • Concrete pre-treatment and degreasing
  • Commercial and residential exterior cleaning

What does “20% draw rate” mean on a downstream injector?

In pressure washing, a “20% draw rate” refers to the injector pulling approximately 1 part chemical for every 4 parts water entering the system (4:1 ratio). It does not mean the final spray concentration is 20% chemical strength.

For example, if you downstream 12.5% sodium hypochlorite, a 20% draw rate would typically produce roughly a 2.5% SH application strength at the nozzle.

Actual downstream ratios vary depending on:

  • Machine GPM
  • Injector orifice size
  • Hose length
  • Nozzle setup
  • Chemical viscosity
  • Elevation and restriction

What is a downstream injector used for?

A downstream injector allows contractors to apply soaps, surfactants, sodium hypochlorite, and cleaning chemicals through a pressure washer without sending chemicals through the pump itself.

High-Draw Performance:
Capable of achieving up to a 20% draw rate depending on system configuration, hose length, nozzle setup, and application conditions.

Recommended Applications

  • House washing
  • Vinyl siding cleaning
  • Downstream soap application
  • Concrete pre-treatment
  • Degreasing applications
  • Commercial downstreaming
  • Sodium hypochlorite application

Typical Setup

  • Install injector after pressure washer pump outlet
  • Ensure flow arrow points downstream
  • Connect chemical pickup hose to supply tank
  • Use soap nozzle or low-pressure mode for chemical draw

Pro Tips for Best Results

  • Flush injector with clean water after every use
  • Use proper nozzle sizing to maintain draw performance
  • Avoid excessively long pressure hose runs when maximum draw is required
  • Inspect chemical filter regularly to prevent restriction

Troubleshooting Quick Guide

Injector not drawing chemical?

  • Verify soap nozzle or low-pressure mode is active
  • Check for clogged pickup filter or hose restriction
  • Inspect for air leaks in chemical line
  • Ensure injector sizing matches machine GPM
